Any organization, both in a start-up phase and in a phase of development of its own activities, necessarily needs to be able to manage a whole series of factors all of them marked by a great significance.
Some examples of such factors are the following ones: management of human resources, of technological and economic resources, compliance of its own products or services provided with the specific requirements required by its clients or in connection with applicable legislative requirements, the safety of its employees and the safeguard of the environment.
If real company processes are not taken into consideration and the only objective is the compliance with reference standards, the risk is to slow down the working activity and to cause dissatisfaction.
With a view to avoiding all this to occur we plan and implement tailor-made solutions to manage the various processes needed by our organization in a way which is efficient, smooth and consistent with the established economic and commercial aims.
QESA believes the certification of management systems is not necessary for a good functioning of the organization itself, it is convinced such certification simply offers a chance for the future to qualify one's own company.
